This pun infused card game (M.A.S. stands for “Multi-dimension Attack Ships”) seems to be not much more than a simple game with a brief political hook.
The rules aren’t on the website, but hints about them are. Slightly more info on the rules at the BGG entry.

1Yehuda,
Wow, thanks for taking the time to review Dimension Defender. I added more detail to the post (but I know there are about 8 zillion games and you can only spend so much time on each !!)

2Ha! Well, to start with, this is a political game with a political theme (many adults will probably get it just for the political jokes on the box). The rules fit on a page front and back, so not too complicated. There is a Starter Game, the Standard game, and the advance game. 2 to 6 players in teams of 2 or 3 or all singles. In most games, there is one “attack” style & set of rules. This game lets attacker pick from 3 types of attacks, and the advanced game adds more fun. Try it!
