Purple Pawn - Game News Across the Board

After last month’s review of Shadowrun, Wired’s Geekdad Wednesday began a two-part review of another FASA classic, BattleTech. The game, also now produced by Catalyst Game Labs, began as a tabletop miniatures combat system. Over time, though, BattleTech developed an extensive background story and saw roleplaying enhancements. Returning fans and newcomers alike will enjoy the Classic BattleTech Introductory Box Set.
