Paizo Publishing reports that 10,000 people have downloaded the alpha playtest version 1 of the Pathfinder RPG in the first week of its availability. As we previously reported, Pathfinder is Paizo’s planned vehicle for supporting continued play with the Dungeons & Dragons version 3.5 rules system. Paizo also reports that public comments have already been incorporated into a revised playtest document, version 1.1, and explained in development notes from Lead Designer Jason Bulmahn.
